Brief Info: Jaycob started his career at Bank of America/Savannah Bank of Nigeria Plc in 1998. He moved through FSB International Bank Plc to Standard Chartered Bank Plc in 2005, where he served as Executive Director, Investors and Intermediaries/Development Organization. He joined First Bank (UK) London as Executive Director of Business Development in 2015 and served as a member of several Board Committees.

He founded Nex Rubica Capital in 2017. Jaycob is equipped with institutional expertise in Strategic Business Planning, Portfolio and Investment Management, Debt/Equity Financing, Risk Management and Financial Institutions. He has been exposed to several international training programmes covering Strategy, Financial Market and Syndication.
